"When I decided to ask my girlfriend to marry me I started looking at rings in London. I subsequently decided that, as I was planning to propose whilst on holiday in South Africa, it made sense to get the ring there I had some good yet vague ideas about what sort of style I wanted, and didn't want to risk buying 'off the shelf' when I arrived. Accordingly I started looking at jewellery shops and designers on the internet.
I narrowed my search down to four or five that looked reputable, phoned them up and sent e-mails to request further details. It quickly became apparent to me that Petra was by far the most professional and helpful of those that I had contacted, and that I had really landed on my feet.
I was still nervous about buying an expensive piece of jewellery in a foreign country without actually being there, but Petra's professionalism and help through the whole process, from the initial ideas to the final design certainly put me at ease. Everything was made really easy for me by Petra and I felt confident that I would get what I wanted - at a very reasonable price. When I finally arrived in Cape Town, Petra's expertise once again shone through as she arrived exactly on time for our meeting with a piece of jewellery that was really beautiful. My fiancée was delighted with the ring!

"I phoned Petra one day to request some designs for a pair of Tanzanite earrings. Being the creative person that she is, the designs came streaming in via email and it didn’t take long at all for me to select the suitable design. Petra hunted for flawless stones and the payment was done by EFT. I had my earrings within a fortnight, all beautifully packaged and presented and accompanied by an evaluation certificate for insurance purposes.
